Three Realms, Infinite Discoveries
Three Realms is the creation of a couple of mates from New Zealand and Vietnam. Migrating to Australia, they took a chance on a few barrels of whisky and that’s where our Three Realms began.

This batch hearkens back to the Australian Realm. Featuring intense oak and tannic flavours.
Born in Tasmania, Evolved in Sydney
The first batches were distilled and barreled in Tasmania. One day, treachery occurred, and the precious whisky had to be rescued. The spirit sought refuge at Belgrove Distillery where it was kept safe through the chaotic times of COVID.
Fast forwarding to 2023, the barrels took the next step in their journey where they travelled to Otter Craft Distilling in Sydney. Here, they’ve undergone the evolution into Batches No. 1, 2 and 3. Each of these batches represents a whisky that is defined by it’s character and carries an invitation to contemplate and appreciate.
The original barrels have now been refilled and will continue the story of Three Realms. New barrels have also entered the fray and we look forward to sharing these new expressions with you in a few years time.
